5. Entei

One of 2 legendaries on this list. The legendary beast who burned to death in the burnt tower, revived as the beast of fire by Ho-Oh. While not the first fire legendary, it is the best, this powerful fire lion, yes fire lion, take that Pyroar.

4. Darmanitan

This fire type ape is the only ordinary fire type on this list and sub legendary as well in the case of the Zen mode Darmanitan.

This ape like fire type and it's prevolution are based on Daruma Dolls, which are spiritual dolls that are said to give good luck.

3. Victini

Based on Nike the winged greek goddess of victory, this fire/psychic type rabbit's special ability victory star increases the accuracy of moves used both by the user and its partners in Double and Triple Battles by 10% of their original accuracy. This little guy can literally bring you victory in battle, no wonder it's head is shaped like a V.

2. Charizard

You all know him/her and love em and heard my opinion on them in my starters review, so worthy of no.2 as no.1 is worthy of it's role. But summary Charizard is what we all think of as a dragon despite not being a dragon unless you Mega Evolve it into it's X form however. It's Y form, not so cool.

1. Blaziken

You knew it was coming, the kung fu fire chicken himself. Fast, powerful and cool as all hell and capable of having the ability speed boost, you do not fuck with this chicken. Especially if it's holding a Mega Stone.

Looking like Odin in pokemon form, Mega Blaziken dominates the battlefields. Blaziken is not only my favourite fire type, but one of favourite pokemon ever. I'm The Joel MH signing off!
