Bullying and Punished Victims

I'm really pissed off right now, I'm not here to laugh and joke and mock games and anime, I am here today because I am pissed. Because of what happened to a kid in the US, a mentally disabled kid, he has ADHD, a kid who was severely bullied, a kid who went to his teachers about this and was ignored because there was no proof, a kid who then got proof by recording what the bullies were doing to him, was then arrested by the police as the principal had the kid arrested and then found guilty in court for wiretapping and these bullies got off scott free. Now do you see why I am pissed and you're wondering, this kid was in america, you don't know him, why should you care. I care because for a long time in my life I was bullied, I was bullied a lot and just like this kid, the teachers did absolutely nothing to punish the bullies but as soon as I did something to fight back, I get punished. I care because this shit should not be happening in this day and age. I will repeat this, a child with ADHD was tormented by other kids and the teachers want that to happen because if something changes that status quo, the child tried to end the torment and the principal made him suffer for it. Myself, a week did not go by while at school I didn't think about ending my life because I was helpless, I was powerless and what I am now 24, nearly 25, I left that shit behind nearly a decade ago and this shit is getting worse. Because this shit doesn't just happen in the US, it happens here in the UK a lot. The school in question this time is South Fayette School in Pennyslvania and if I was the parents of this kid, I would burn that school to the fucking ground. These are things that were stated in court:
“The student and his mother, Shea Love, testified before the magistrate that the boy has been repeatedly shoved and tripped at school, and that a fellow student had even attempted to burn him with a cigarette lighter. The defendant is, according to school records, a well-behaved student with no history of disciplinary action. He was, however, previously diagnosed with a comprehension delay disorder, which is a slower processing speed for information than is normal, ADHD, and an anxiety disorder. He says the bullying treatment is especially harsh and academically disruptive during his special education math class, in which students with behavioral problems are also placed. On February 11, after doing research on several anti-bullying websites, he used his school approved personal iPad to make a seven-minute audio recording of his classroom experience. He played the recording at home for his mother. Outraged, Love, a former Air Force Morse code operator, transcribed the audio before calling school administrators.”
Oh and I'm not done:
“According to Love, as the teacher is heard attempting to help her son with a math problem, a student says, “You should pull his pants down!” Another student replies, “No, man. Imagine how bad that (c**t) smells! No one wants to smell that (t**t).” As the recording continues, the teacher instructs the classroom that they may only talk if it pertains to math. Shortly thereafter, a loud noise is heard on the recording, which her son explained was a book being slammed down next to him after a student pretended to hit him in the head with it. When the teacher yells, the student exclaims, “What? I was just trying to scare him!” A group of boys are heard laughing.”
“After listening to her son’s evidence, Love eventually reported it to the South Fayette High School principal who, instead of disciplining the bullies involved, called the police to interrogate her “visibly distraught” son.  When Love arrived, the principal said the student was facing felony wiretapping charges because he had made a recording in a place where there is an expectation of privacy.  The officer agreed but eventually reduced the charge to disorderly conduct on the basis that the student engaged in offensive actions ‘which served no legitimate purpose.’”
By the way the principal's name is Scott Milburn and this asshat, no that is not the right word, this pompous waste of flesh should be out of a job and a social pariah for the rest of his days as well as the so called judge who was no doubt bribed, Maureen McGraw-Desmet whose web page and I have just viewed and boy is it filling with hate messages, I even left one of my own:

But do you know what my most sincere wish is, is that those bullies name's are found and they no matter where they go, be pariahs for what they have done. Like I said I dealt with a lot of bullies growing up, and I will say this, no child EVER should face everyday too terrified to live, no child should ever fear going to school, getting an education, learning disability or not, because if I ever find one of these shitheads, I will beat their ass to the ground with a fucking shovel, be fucking thankful a shit ton of water separates us. Look if you live in the Pennyslvania area, avoid this school, they obviously condone bullying, in fact encourage it, so stay the hell away from there. Parents here's another thing for you, if your child says they are being bullied look into, take higher action if your principal or headmaster is a cock juggling thundercunt, take it through the school board, take it through the courts if you have too. The law is designed to protect the innocent, but these days it designed to protect the evil bastards and until the day the good and innocent, burn the broken systems to the ground, do what you can to protect your kids. And before I go, if you think that bulling is okay and you're a bully and you're a reader of mine, fuck off right now, you're not welcome here, i don't need, I need you as much as I need fucking rabies, get the fuck out. You hate bullies too and you are always welcome here even if you like Minecraft, I'm The Joel MH and I sincerly hope that this kid gets the justice he deserves one day.
