5. Kevin Michael Richardson from 'The Batman'(2004)
"All it takes is one, rotten day, to transform a normal man, into a monster... Well, in my case, a rotten day and a chemical bath."
So KMR's Joker was different. While still clearly the Joker, he had a whole different look to him and a voice to match, but then again Mr Richardson hasn't ever done any bad characters, just has the unfortunate problem of the shows he voices for being axed before their time, i.e. Thundercats. This version of The Joker has monkey like feet and often hangs from walls and ceilings and is responsible for creating Clayface, sort of like another joker on this list. But I can't really do his brilliance justice without showing some voice work.
4. Troy Baker from Batman Arkham Origins (2013)
The newest Joker taking over the role of someone else on this list. I can't really go to far into this without spoilers, so I'll just leave this one with a video of this joker.
3. John Di Maggio from Batman Under the Red Hood (2010)
Yes, the voice behind Bender the robot and Jake the Dog. John Di Maggio puts his charm into the Joker in this film. He provides a near perfect Joker, going from quiet and sinister to pure crazy at the flip of a switch. Here's some scenes.
2. Heath Ledger from... Do I even need to say it?
Honestly do I need to even say anything, we all know him. But anywho here's a clip.
1. Mark Hamill from the animated series and the arkham games.
Luke Skywalker himself Mark has voiced the Joker for over 20 years and ask any Batman fan, whose voice do you hear when you read the comics, Mark Hamill is 95% of the time the answer, why, because he is the best Joker Ever and will ever and always be. But Anywho...
