Top 5 Candidates to Lead the X-men

Hi I'm The Joel MH again. Now Marvel has announced that Wolverine, current leader of the core X-men is to be killed off this september, ending the Wolverine and the X-men series. But since Cyclops went evil and killed Xavier, who should replace the savage wolverine as the leader. Oh and by the way I just know they'll bring Laura Kinney back into the main series as the new Wolverine, but she's not capable of leading anyone.

5. Havoc

Scott Summer's little brother Alex. Alex has the ability to shoot sonic blasts from his chest and unlike his brother Scott, still believes in Xavier's dream. The one problem though is that he is the leader of the current Avengers.

4. Jubilee

Once a mutant now a vampire, Jubilee seemed to be in charge of the future xmen and went by the title of Wolverine. Jubilee is not the easily beaten highschool girl anymore, she is a powerful fighter trained by Wolverine, so she is a good candidate on the combat side of things.

3. Kitty Pryde

The girl who can walk through walls, trained also by Wolverine and she's already the headmistress of Wolverine's school. Plus in the Ultimate universe SHE IS THE LEADER of the X-men, so logically you can't rule her out.

2. Beast

The ape like genius of the X-men and the only one on this list to be an original X-man. Beast once left the X-men because of how Scott was becoming as a leader and recruited their past selves to reach him. Cyclops and Beast have the old friend relationship that was once shared by Magneto and Xavier, so logically Beast could end up being the leader as Scott Summer's X-men seems to be more like the Brotherhood of old. 

1. Storm

Already a leader of her own team of X-men, ironically entirely female, Storm is a powerhouse with the ability to control weather and a skilled melee fighter as once upon a time she beat Cyclops to take control of the xmen without any powers. She was also once the queen of Wakanda, a natural leader, she is the best bet to the lead the Xmen.
